I've been stuck on the couch for days, working my guts out writing patterns, working on digital designs, and getting everything ready for Quilt Market next month. Several things that are making me happy today from my spot on the couch...
Boy 2 reading The Very Hungry Caterpillar to Boy 3. He does this on a daily basis. I loooove to watch this. Makes me melt every time.
The Route 44 DP that the husband brought home for me. Complete with egg rolls, fried rice, and steamed broccoli. He's a keeper. So's the Dr.
This pennant banner that super cute Lisa Leonard sent my way a few days ago. Makes me smile every time I look over at it. Love that girl!
Found out Ruby is on her way. Dying over here, dying... and sooo happy that this line is finally on its way.
Boys are still undecided on names for the monsters, they have picked dozens of names, and can't commit to any of them. However, the Simplify random number generator picked Lindsey Benson who suggested Cyclops and Golum. Congrats Lindsey! Email me and I'll get these right out to you.
Boy 1 offered to do dishes tonight, and he insisted on doing them all by himself. With a tiny stool because he's not tall enough to reach the sink. What a sweetheart.
See? Lots to be happy about. Even if I haven't slept in a week and I'm writing patterns on the couch in my pj's from... the night before last. Lovely.
Hey, at least my dishes are done.
