Finally! I'm happy to say that my Good Folks Swoon quilt is all quilted, bound, and at home on my bed. I started it a while back, then picked it up again a few weeks ago, and dropped it off at Abby's on Thursday on our way up to visit my parents in Idaho this weekend, then picked it up on my way back home!
That Abby, she's pretty amazing. She does a fantastic job, and is SO darn quick! She quilted one of my favorite quilting designs, a baptist fan, a little bit bigger than on my first Swoon and I absolutely love it. It's perfect. For more from Abby, here is her blog, and yes, she ships! Thank you Abby!
I took way (way) too many photos...
Oh, I added one more row of blocks, making it a 3 x 4, and now it measures 80" x 106". Perfect for my king size bed. I backed it in voile, so it is super light, which will be nice since it is about a thousand degrees on any given day here.
I bound it by machine, since I knew I wouldn't be able to sit and hand stitch 372" of binding anytime soon, even though that sounds heavenly.
Pattern: Swoon (pattern) or (class)
Size: 3 blocks by 4 blocks, 80" x 106"
Fabric: Good Folks by Anna Maria Horner mixed in with a few others and Moda Bella Solid in Bleached White 97

Is 5:17 too early to go to bed?
